Le Roc-Saint-André ( Gallo Le Roz , Breton Roz-Sant-Andrev ) is a former French community with 938 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Morbihan in the region of Brittany . The municipality belonged to the arrondissement of Pontivy and the canton of Moréac (until 2015: canton of Malestroit ).

With effect from January 1, 2016, Le Roc-Saint-André was merged with the former municipalities of La Chapelle-Caro and Quily to form a commune nouvelle called Val d'Oust . The former municipalities have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are located in Le Roc-Saint-André .

Le Roc-Saint-André is located around 33 kilometers northeast of Vannes in the northeast of the department.

Neighboring towns are Quily in the north, Ploërmel and Montertelot in the northeast, La Chapelle-Caro in the east, Sérent in the south and Lizio in the west.
