Lez

Lez is a village and a former French commune with 59 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department in the Occitanie region .

With effect from January 1, 2019, the former municipalities of Lez and Saint-Béat were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Saint-Béat-Lez , in which only Lez received the status of a Commune déléguée .

location

The place is in the Pyrenees in the Garonne valley , about eight kilometers from the Spanish border. Neighboring towns are Saint-Béat in the northwest, Boutx in the east, Argut-Dessous in the south and Arlos in the west.
