The Lebanese Premier League 2009/10 was the 50th season of the Lebanese top division in men's football . A total of twelve teams competed. The defending champion was Nejmeh Club . The season started on October 10, 2009 and ended on May 8, 2010.

Salam Zgharta and Tripoli SC were relegated to the Second Division after the 2008/09 season . The climbers were al-Ahli Saida and Al-Islah .
