The Lebanese Premier League 2012/13 was the 53rd season of the Lebanese top division in men's football . A total of twelve teams competed. The defending champion was Safa SC Beirut . The season started on September 28, 2012 and ended on May 12, 2013.

Al-Mabarrah and Al-Ahli Saida were relegated to the Second Division after the 2011/12 season . The climbers were Shabab al-Ghazieh and al Egtmaaey Tripoli .
