Liberatus Sangu
Liberatus Sangu (born February 19, 1963 in Mwazye , Tanganyika ) is a Tanzanian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Shinyanga .
Life
Liberatus Sangu received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Sumbawanga on July 9, 1994 .
On February 2, 2015, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Shinyanga. The Archbishop of Dar es Salaam , Polycarp Cardinal Pengo , donated him episcopal ordination on April 12 of the same year . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Mwanza , Jude Thadaeus Ruwa'ichi OFMCap , and the former Bishop of Kigoma , Protase Rugambwa .
