Linda is a district of the town of Pausa-Mühltroff in the Vogtlandkreis in Saxony .

location

The hamlet-like district of Linda is located southwest of Pausa and the district of Oberreichenau between Ranspach in the hilly Thuringian slate mountains on a local road . The corridor is only 217 hectares and is divided into strip and block corridors .

history

In 1347 they said the Linten to the village and the Linden to the estate . That was the first documentary mention. In 1467 they spoke of Lindt and in 1506 of Lynda , until in 1791 Linda was spoken of as it is today. In 1583 seven people lived in the settlement, in 1843 there were already 58 and in 1964 209 people lived here. The higher-level authority was the Pausa office , then Plauen and now it's the Vogtlandkreis. After Mühltroff was and is parish. On January 1, 1974, Linda was incorporated into Pausa. The district covers 217 hectares .
