Originally there was a water mill in the middle of the village in the Middle Ages, which served as a granary for many years. It was later owned by the sovereign before it passed to the millers after the Thirty Years' War ; Gallery Dutch mill from 1874; today hotel use.
Gothic , simple hall building as a fortified church, probably from the 13th century, only a few centuries after the Lewitz area was first settled in the 11th century; Typical for fortified churches are the high windows and the thick walls, which are up to 1.30 m thick.
Neo-Gothic brick building from 1842 on the field stone plinth of the previous church from the 13th century based on plans by Ludwig Bartning ; West tower from 1883, formerly with pointed helmet; Pulpit altar 19th century, stanchion - organ from 1857.
