In the list of cultural monuments in Neustadt / Vogtl. are the cultural monuments of the Saxon community Neustadt / Vogtl. recorded by the State Office for the Preservation of Monuments until July 2019 (excluding archaeological cultural monuments). The notes are to be observed.

This list is a subset of the list of cultural monuments in the Vogtland district .

Around 1900 With a shop, brick facade, elaborately designed historic building, local historical evidence of a commercial building from bygone times. Single-storey red clinker building with jamb, yellow clinker structure, granite ashlar base, central projectile with segmental arch entrance (original Wilhelminian style door with skylight, staircase, granite steps), gable with three segmented arched windows and semicircular windows in the gable triangle, segmented arched window with saddle roofs, all in all new copper sills and keystone, windowed windows Saddle dormer windows, small segment arched windows in the jamb, brick eaves, side loading ramp with original historical wooden door with skylight, cornice strips, inn (also called “d'r village shop”). 08985791

1904 Representative, well-structured brick building of local historical importance. Two-storey clinker building with differently colored clinker brick structure, basement base granite ashlar masonry, eleven window axes on the eaves, pilaster structure, segmented arched windows, parapet fields covered by cloverleaf arches, lintel arches, high pointed arched entrance door in the central projecting, arched over a clockwork window, round arched entrance window in the upper storey entrance. Around 1900 A brick building with floating gables, designed in the arched style, is of importance in terms of building history. Single-storey clinker brick structure with two-tone clinker brick structure (orange clinker brick with red and dark red glazed clinker brick structure), plinth of sandstone ashlar masonry, eaves side central projecting and dwarf house, gable roof (purlin roof) with slate covering, on the casement floor round-arched twin-arched windows with round arched windows with central mullions , profiled lugs, profiled window frames made of ornamented clinker bricks, gable roof dormer windows, renewed windows, entrance house on the gable side. 08985704

  • This list is not suitable for deriving binding statements on the monument status of an object. As far as a legally binding determination of the listed property of an object is desired, the owner can apply to the responsible lower monument protection authority for a notice.
  • The official list of cultural monuments is never closed. It is permanently changed through clarifications, new additions or deletions. A transfer of such changes to this list is not guaranteed at the moment.
  • The monument quality of an object does not depend on its entry in this or the official list. Objects that are not listed can also be monuments.
  • Basically, the property of a monument extends to the substance and appearance as a whole, including the interior. Deviating applies if only parts are expressly protected (e.g. the facade).
