In 1912 he delivered the plans for the barn extension in the east and the large stable building in the south. In 1921 a granary was built between the inspector's house and the cattle barn.

(map)
Around 1905 Well-designed head building in clinker construction, a group of buildings that are significant in terms of local history, industrial history, architectural history and urban planning. Brewery with a long history. The estate originally located in the same place, then owned by the Schorer brothers, was granted the right to “brew and give” as early as 1436 by the then burgraves Friedrich and Hans zu Dohna, lords of Auerbach. Multiple changes of ownership follow. In 1762 the Günnel family finally acquired the Schorersche brewery. Brewing in the sense understood today did not come about until the 19th century. Under Hermann Günnel, the company is expanded through the purchase of additional land. The machine house and probably essential parts of the adjoining functional building are likely to have been built during this time. In 1923 the "Berg-Brauerei H. Günnel oHG" was founded, which was then converted into the VEB Grenzquell Brewery in 1946 after expropriation. In 1956 the brewery is converted into the VEB Exportbierbrauerei and finally merged in 1974 with the former Mannelschen Brewery to form the VEB Exportbierbrauerei Wernesgrün. In 1990 the Wernesgrüner Brewery AG was finally founded, which was re-privatized in 1993.

Petrol pump for standard petrol Plohnbachstraße 39 (in front)
(map)
Around 1930 As one of the last historical petrol pumps preserved throughout Saxony of great importance in terms of traffic history, supply history and technology history. Separately standing petrol pump of the German-American Petroleum Society (DAPG) with dispensing option for standard petrol, red column made of sheet iron with segmental arching, base plate missing, enamelled advertising medallions on each side (on it red-blue STANDARD signet on a white background), above two lamps, interior of the dispenser with pumping and measuring devices accessible via metal doors, dispensing system inside the dispenser possibly preserved. It is unclear whether the associated petrol tank (underfloor tank) is still present under the concrete floor slab.

Such gas pumps (in different designs depending on the fuel brand) bear witness to the beginnings of the construction of a Germany-wide gas station network, which became necessary with the rapidly increasing density of automobiles at the beginning of the 20th century. These individual dispensing systems were usually located right on the roadside in front of workshops, shops, drugstores and inns. However, they were also installed on the premises of large manor complexes or other businesses or facilities increasingly dependent on motorized traffic. In the 1920s, however, specially built petrol stations (roofed systems, mostly with several petrol pumps) increasingly appeared and over time displaced the stand-alone petrol pumps. A total of 14 fuel pumps are currently (as of 2015) registered as technical monuments, several of which, like this one, by the DAPG as evidence of the company's great trading power.
