The lists of natural monuments in the Aachen city region list all natural monuments in the places and communities in the Aachen city region .

A natural monument is a naturally created landscape element that is placed under nature protection. It can be a single standing or occurring structure like a rock needle or a single standing tree, of undefined size like a cave or an area or structure with a limited area and a clear demarcation from its surroundings like a rock garden or a meadow; the latter are called surface exemplary natural monument or area natural monument called.

In the city region of Aachen (excluding the city of Aachen) there are currently (2020) a total of 119 natural monuments, 76 of which are shown within the landscape plans. The numerical monument numbers correspond to the numbering in the appendix to the regulatory authority ordinance of 10 October 2019. Monument numbers starting with LP refer to the landscape plans of the lower landscape authority (e.g. LP IV, 2.3-6 ).

The city of Aachen itself has 430 natural monuments, 160 of them in the Aachen city center and another 270 in the city districts.
