This list contains the Senators of the Free City of Frankfurt in 1860 . With the Organic Law , the Senate was reduced to 21 members and the separation of jurisdiction from administration was implemented. Since the previous senators remained in office (except for those who moved to the courts), the senate was larger than provided for by the Organic Law.
