The Bengali ambassador in Berlin represents the government in Dhaka to the government of the Federal Republic of Germany . He is regularly accredited in Vienna , Prague and Bratislava at the same time .
The two governments established diplomatic relations in 1972.
Am Lessing 6, Königswinter, residence of the Bangladeshi ambassador in
Bonn until 1976 .
In 1999 the seat of government was moved from Bonn to Berlin, followed by the Bangladeshi embassy in 2000.
