The subsidiary church of St. George belongs to the parish of St. Peter am Wimberg and was first mentioned in a document in 1378. The presumably Romanesque predecessor building was rebuilt in the second third of the 15th century under the knight Hans Hollerberger and consecrated in 1462 (choir). Around 1500 the nave and the vault were converted. The late baroque church with baroque interior decoration houses a baroque high altar from around 1730, with the altar panel showing St. George.
