The Kalvarienberg is located north of Julbach on a road that climbs steeply into the forest. The complex, laid out in 1843, consists of niche chapels made of stone blocks with triangular gable crowns, and the Kalvarienberg chapel, a rectangular building with a protruding roof and turrets. Inside there is a crucifix with painted panels (Maria, Maria Magdalena, Johannes), outside a holy grave.

The parish church goes back to a small pilgrimage chapel, whereby the current building was built between 1865 and 1869. The round-arched church has slight Romanizing or Gothicizing echoes and houses a late Baroque high altar from Schlägl Abbey .

The rectory was built in 1784 and enlarged in the 19th century. The two-storey building with a crooked roof has a facade with plaster band structure.
