The Catholic parish church, also known as the Mühlviertel Cathedral, is a monumental building and a monument to late historical church art of the neo-renaissance. The Gothic building erected between 1404 and 1411 was integrated into the north-facing new building erected between 1890 and 1895. In 1907 the tower was raised in a Baroque style. The interior is a uniform ensemble inspired by the German late Renaissance.
