The manor house of the former hammer mill Inzersdorf served as the municipal office until 2017. Its current appearance goes back to the blacksmith Joseph Schleifer, who died in 1822. The hammer forge was owned by Caspar Zeitlinger from 1836 and later belonged to the Blumau scythe factory .

The forge was located next to the former Inzersdorf Castle . The castle probably existed before 1417, and for a short time it was also owned by Count Adam von Herberstorff . In 1674 the castle building is shown on an engraving by Georg Matthäus Vischer . The noble family of Engl von Wagrain (also: Engel von Waggrain) owned the property from 1726 to the middle of the 19th century. The municipal coat of arms still indicates these former castle owners.
