The former city fountain is a work from the end of the 17th century. He and two others stood on Schwanenstadt's town square. These wells were demolished in 1898 when the water supply system was expanded. Only the middle fountain found a place in 1954 on the edge of the church premises in Gmundnerstraße (formerly Badgassl).

The three-nave neo-Gothic church was built in place of a Gothic-Baroque predecessor in the years 1900–1902 according to plans by Matthäus Schlager . The uniform neo-Gothic furnishings come from the workshop of Ludwig Linzinger , along with some older works of art, such as a crescent moon Madonna from 1470 or baroque statues of the apostles.

The Pausinger Villa was built in the period of historicism. On the garden side, the villa has a pretty little lounge. The villa was built on a Bavarian burial ground. Archaeological excavations have so far uncovered around 80 graves. The Schwanenstadt local history museum has been housed here since 2007.

A baroque church with a rococo altar (around 1750). The former hospital church for the 14 helpers in need and the benefit house are located on Linzerstraße in Schwanenstadt. The hospital church was rented from 1954 to 1961 to the evangelical parish of Schwanenstadt. In 2014 the benefit house is used as a residential building.
