The Litzlberg-Süd pile construction station is one of a total of 111 pile construction stations in the Alpine region that were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site for Prehistoric Pile Dwellings around the Alps in 2011. The station was inhabited from about 4000 to 3000 years before our era.

The church dates from the 16th century. Today's baroque shape was created in 1716. The church has a single nave with a pilaster wall and cross vault. In 1893 the newly created altar received a statue of St. Stephen. In 1998 the church was renovated.

In 1137 the church was subordinated to the parish church Seewalchen . Today's late Gothic church probably dates from the 15th century. The neo-Gothic altar is from 1903 and replaced the former baroque furnishings. The church was extensively renovated in 1983, 2009 and 2013.

The house on the Attersee was planned by Ernst Plischke in 1933/1934 . Its importance lies in the integration of the landscape, which was unique for the Salzkammergut between the wars, in combination with the orientation of functionalist modernity. With the employment office in Vienna-Liesing it earned him the great state prize in 1935 .

A villa built by k & k master carpenter Friedrich Paulick between 1867 and 1877. The magnificent gilded coffered ceiling comes from the court pavilion of the Vienna World Exhibition in 1873 .
