The irregular, not completely closed four-wing palace complex with steep hipped roofs is a successor to a medieval castle that was rebuilt and expanded around 1600.

The late Gothic staggered church with a steep gable roof and retracted choir was rebuilt several times and regotified from 1889 to 1899. The presented west tower was built in the 14th century and the steep wedge roof was added in the 19th century. The neo-Gothic furnishings come mainly from the 19th / 20th centuries. Turn of the century and was largely realized by Josef Kepplinger . The organ , originally built by Johann Lachmayr in 1906 and rebuilt by Paul Heer in 1961 , was replaced in 2003 by a new instrument built into the original case from the Hague organ building workshop Johann Pieringer . The current organ has 21 stops on two manuals and pedal .

The three-part war memorial with sarcophagus altar and large niche relief is located on the south side of the nave of the parish church. It dates from the 1920s.
