List of Portuguese ambassadors in El Salvador

The list of Portuguese ambassadors in El Salvador lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in El Salvador .

A representative of Portugal was first accredited in El Salvador in 1958. Portugal opened its own embassy in the Salvadoran capital of San Salvador only briefly in 1978, after which the Portuguese ambassador to Panama was initially responsible for El Salvador. Since then, the country has again belonged to the administrative district of the representative of Portugal in Mexico , who is accredited a second time in El Salvador (as of 2019).

A Portuguese honorary consulate has been set up in the Salvadoran capital of San Salvador .
