The list of Portuguese ambassadors in Ecuador lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in Ecuador .
The first representative of Portugal in Ecuador was accredited in 1948 in the person of the Portuguese Ambassador to Peru . Thereafter, Ecuador part of the district office of the Ambassador of Portugal, Colombia , which to this, in the Ecuadorian capital Quito each zweitakkreditierte . In 1962, Portugal opened its own embassy in the capital of Ecuador. Since its closure in 1975, Ecuador has returned to the administrative district of the Portuguese ambassador to Colombia.
There are two Portuguese honorary consulates in Ecuador, one in the capital Quito and one in Guayaquil .
