List of Portuguese ambassadors in Suriname

The list of Portuguese ambassadors in Suriname lists the ambassadors of the Republic of Portugal in Suriname . The countries have had direct diplomatic relations since 1977.

In 1995 , the first Portuguese ambassador to Suriname, Portugal's representative, based in the Venezuelan capital Caracas, was accredited . Portugal did not open its own embassy in the Surinamese capital Paramaribo afterwards, the country continues to belong to the administrative district of the Portuguese embassy in Venezuela, whose head of mission is secondly accredited in Suriname (as of 2019).

There is a Portuguese honorary consulate in the Surinamese capital Paramaribo .
