The list of decommissioned churches in the Evangelical Lutheran Regional Church of Saxony includes church buildings of the Evangelical Lutheran Regional Church of Saxony and its predecessor churches that were closed, deedicated, rededicated, relocated or demolished after 1945.

Elstertrebnitz St. Martin's Church 1980 Built in 1842, made unusable by a fire, sold in 2000, offered for sale again on eBay in 2018 and sold again - it can now be booked as the Kulturkirche Sachsen for events.
Eythra church 1987 Built in 1739, in Zwenkau; devastated due to mining.
Francs Church: to Waldenburg 1996 Built between 1835 and 1836, redeveloped, re-use as a meeting and event center
Freiberg Nikolaikirche 1975 Originated in the 12th century, decommissioned and sold, today used as a concert and event hall
Görnitz Church: to Borna 1965 devastated due to mining.
grove Church: to Neukieritzsch 1969 devastated due to mining.
Heidenau Luther Church 2014 Built in 1931, redesigned, sold, planned to be used as a meeting place
Kreudnitz Church: to Rötha 1969 devastated due to mining.
Leipzig Pauline Church 1968 Consecrated in 1240, blown up
Magdeborn Church: to Großpösna 1980 devastated due to mining.
Neuensalz chapel 1967 Probably built in the middle of the 12th century, rebuilt around 1854 in neo-Gothic style, services were discontinued in 1967, today a concert and exhibition center
Olbersdorf church 1984 Built in 1882/83, last service in 1984, blown up in 1986 due to open-cast lignite mining
Paupitzsch church around 1975 demolished due to open pit lignite mining
Pöhl church 1961 Built in 1654, burned down in 1961, demolished and the town flooded for the construction of the Pöhl dam
Regis-Breitingen - Heuersdorf Emmaus Church 2007 because of lignite mining by Borna implemented
Regis-Breitingen - Heuersdorf Tabor Church 2008 Built in 1866, closed, demolished in 2010 due to open-cast lignite mining
Beets church 1957 Built in 1780, in Rötha; devastated due to mining.
Trachenau Church: to Böhlen 1965 devastated due to mining.
Stöntzsch church 1963 Consecrated in 1506, in Pegau; devastated due to mining.
