The Loue is a river in France that runs in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the municipality of Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche , generally drains to the southwest and flows into the Isle after 51 kilometers below Coulaures as a left tributary . On its way, the Loue crosses the Haute-Vienne and Dordogne departments .
