Louis Liotti (born May 25, 1985 in Westbury , New York ) is an American ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Reading Royals in the ECHL since 2010 .

Career

Louis Liotti began his career as a hockey player with the Sioux City Musketeers, for which he was active from 2003 to 2005 in the junior league United States Hockey League . He then played for four years for the Northeastern University team in the University League Hockey East .

There the defender was able to convince, so that he then received a contract with the Worcester Sharks from the American Hockey League , for which he made his professional ice hockey debut in the 2009/10 season . After five games in the AHL, however, he was given to Worcester's farm team , the Kalamazoo Wings , in the ECHL . In the 2010/11 season , Liotti ran mostly for the Reading Royals in the ECHL, but also completed a few encounters for the Lake Erie Monsters and Bridgeport Sound Tigers .
