Ludwig Lendorff
Ludwig Lendorff (* 1808 in Karlsruhe , † 1853 in Heidelberg ) was a German architect and construction clerk who was in the service of the Grand Duchy of Baden .
Life
From 1824 to 1828 Lendorff studied at the building school of Friedrich Weinbrenner in Karlsruhe. He passed his exam there in 1828 with Heinrich Hübsch and Friedrich Arnold . In 1829/1830 he became a construction trainee in the construction department and from 1831 he made a study trip through Germany, France and Italy. From 1838 to 1841 Lendorff was again active in the building management. In 1841 Lendorff was responsible for estimating the tenth construction loads in Baden . In 1841 he was appointed district master builder in Donaueschingen . From 1845 until his death in 1853, Ludwig Lendorff was the district master builder in Heidelberg and thus responsible for the Lower Rhine District .
