Luis Martín Barraza Beltrán
Luis Martín Barraza Beltrán (born November 22, 1963 in Ciudad Camargo , Chihuahua , Mexico ) is a Mexican clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Torreón .
Life
Luis Martín Beltrán Barraza received on 17 June 1988, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On September 9, 2017, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Torreón. The Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico, Archbishop Franco Coppola , donated him episcopal ordination on November 29 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Durango , José Antonio Fernández Hurtado , the Archbishop of Chihuahua , Constancio Miranda Weckmann , and the Bishop Emeritus of Torreón, José Guadalupe Galván Galindo .
