Luis Reynoso Cervantes

Luis Reynoso Cervantes (born September 21, 1926 in Azcapotzalco , Mexico City , † December 20, 2000 ) was a Mexican clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Cuernavaca .

Life

Luis Reynoso Cervantes received on 9 April 1950, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On April 13, 1978, Pope Paul VI appointed him . the titular bishop of Casae Calanae and auxiliary bishop in Monterrey . The Apostolic Delegate in Mexico, Archbishop Titular Diocese Casae Calanae , donated him episcopal ordination on May 31 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Monterrey, José de Jesús Tirado Pedraza , and the Archbishop of Mexico , Ernesto Corripio y Ahumada .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Ciudad Obregón on July 15, 1982 .

He was appointed Bishop of Cuernavaca on August 17, 1987, and his office on October 24 of the same year.
