Luke Benward
Lucas Aaron "Luke" Benward (born May 12, 1995 in Franklin , Tennessee ) is an American actor and singer .
Life
Luke Benward was born in May 1995 to actress Kenda (née Wilkerson) and songwriter Aaron Benward. He is the grandson of Jeoffrey Benward. Benward has two younger siblings: Gracie and Ella. His leisure activities include video games, break dancing, and his electric guitar.
He has been dating his colleague Olivia Holt since shooting the television movie Monster Against Girls in 2012 .
He has been with actress Ariel Winter since December 2019 .
Benward lives in Los Angeles .
Career
At the age of five he played a role in the Hollywood classic We Were Heroes . Thereafter, Benward received roles in the two television productions Life on the Water and Family Affair . In 2003 he starred in country singer Martina McBride's music video Concrete Angel . After filming Billy's Bet in 2006, he starred in three films in 2008. In 2009 he decided to follow in the footsteps of his father, Aaron Benward, who has been in the music business since 1993, and signed a contract with In Crowd Productions. In the course of his childhood Benward played in commercials for Nintendo and McDonald’s, among others .
He became known in 2008 on the side of Jason Dolley and Nicholas Braun in the Disney Channel Original Movie Minutemen - Schoolchildren on a journey through time in the role of Charles "Charlie" Tuttle . Then he was in films such as The Shine of Silence and Monster Against Girls or in a guest role in See Dad Run . 2013 he received a supporting role in the fourth season of the Disney Channel - sitcom Good Luck Charlie . There he was seen in a total of six episodes as Beau Landry . In the same year he received the role of Dillon in the Pretty-Little-Liars - spin-off Ravenswood .
In 2014, he starred as Will Cloud in the television movie Halfpipe Feeling , which is another Disney Channel Original Movie .
