Luqu (also Luchu ) is a district of the Gannan Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the Chinese province of Gansu . It has an area of ​​5,298 km² and has around 30,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community of Ma'ngê (玛艾 镇).
