Luqu (also Luchu ) is a district of the Gannan Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the Chinese province of Gansu . It has an area of 5,298 km² and has around 30,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large community of Ma'ngê (玛艾 镇).

At the community level, the district consists of two large communities and five communities. These are (pinyin / chin.):
