Lutz-en-Dunois is a village and a former French commune of 380 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belonged to the arrondissement of Châteaudun and the canton of Châteaudun .
It was merged with the former municipalities of Civry , Saint-Cloud-en-Dunois and Ozoir-le-Breuil to form the Commune nouvelle Villemaury with effect from January 1, 2017 , and has the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Saint-Cloud-en-Dunois.

Lutz-en-Dunois is about two kilometers east of the city center of Châteaudun .
The municipality of Lutz-en-Dunois was surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Moléans in the north and northwest, Conie-Molitard in the north, Civry in the northeast, Saint-Cloud-en-Dunois in the east and southeast, Ozoir-le-Breuil in the southeast, Thiville in the South and southwest, Châteaudun in the west and Jallans in the west and northwest.
The military airfield Châteaudun ( Base aérienne 279 Châteaudun ) lies with its eastern part in the former municipal area.
