Lyndie Greenwood (* 6. June 1983 in Toronto , Ontario ) is a Canadian actress . She is known for her roles in the series Nikita (2011–2013) and Sleepy Hollow (2013–2017).

life and career

Lyndie Greenwood was in June 1983 in Canada's Toronto ( Ontario born) and grew up there. During her school days, she attended various musical and theater schools in Canada, such as the Etobicoke School of the Arts in Toronto. In 2006 she graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree . She made her acting debut in 2009 as Natalie Anders in the low-budget drama Pinkville . After a guest appearance in the television series The Listener - Hellhörig (2009), she played her first major role in the romantic comedy This Movie Is Broken in 2010 as a friend of Kerr Hewitt's character.

In addition to appearances in short films such as Little Phoenix and the Fists of Fury (2010) and Furstenau Mysteries (2011), Greenwood was mostly seen as a guest actress in various television series until 2012, including Rookie Blue , Flashpoint - Das Spezialkommando , Being Erica - Alles auf Anfang , Lost Girl and Saving Hope . From the second to the fourth and final season, she played the supporting role as Sonya in the action series Nikita, which was aired by The CW .
