Mühlbach is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Bad Großpertholz in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 39 building areas with 14,453 m² and 11 gardens on 4,501 m² in the cadastral community of Mühlbach, in 1989/1990 there were 41 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 142 and in 2009/2010 there were 72 buildings on 132 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 210 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 148 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 202 hectares and 152 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 197 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 152 hectares. The average soil climate of Mühlbach is 16.2 (as of 2010).
