Seifritz is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Bad Großpertholz in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 7 building areas with 3,344 m² and 4 gardens on 2,530 m² in the cadastral community Seifritz and also in 1989/1990 there were 7 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 29 and in 2009/2010 there were 18 buildings on 25 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 50 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 15 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 50 hectares and 15 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 48 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 1,566 hectares. Seifritz's average soil climate number is 18.1 (as of 2010).
