Manon Bollegraf (born April 10, 1964 in 's-Hertogenbosch ) is a former Dutch tennis player .

Career

Bollegraf was especially successful in doubles in her career. She won 26 tournaments on the WTA Tour . In 1997 she was in the final of Wimbledon with her doubles partner Nicole Arendt , which they lost to Gigi Fernández and Natallja Swerawa . With Nicole Arendt she reached the final of the WTA Tour Championships in 2000 .

Her only WTA tournament victory in singles, she won 1989 in Oklahoma on hard court.

In Mixed she won four Grand Slam titles ; with Tom Nijssen in 1989 the French Open and 1991 the US Open - in 1993 the two finalists were at Wimbledon; together with Rick Leach , she won both the Australian Open and the US Open in 1997 .

At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, she competed in doubles and reached fourth place on the side of Brenda Schultz-McCarthy .

From 1988 to 1999 Bollegraf played for the Dutch Fed Cup team . In 1997 she was part of the team that reached the final and lost to France there. In their Fed Cup record, they have five wins and six defeats in singles (10: 9 in doubles).

In November 2000 she reached the final of the Masters at the side of Nicole Arendt again , which she lost in straight sets against Martina Hingis and Anna Kurnikowa . It was her last appearance on the tour.
