Marc Weide
Marc Weide (born May 22, 1991 in Wuppertal ) is a German magician , entertainer and television presenter .
Life
Marc Weide started magic at the age of 11 after attending a David Copperfield magic show where he was brought on stage. He made his first appearances at the age of 12. Two years later he won his first cabaret awards. After graduating from the comprehensive school Hagen-Haspe, Marc Weide began studying educational sciences at the Fern-Uni Hagen. He dropped out of studies after one semester to devote himself exclusively to the art of magic. Marc Weide currently lives in Hamburg.
In 2017 Marc Weide was named Vice German Master of Magic by Magica and was thus able to qualify for the FISM World Championship in Busan, South Korea. In July 2018 Marc Weide became "World Champion of Magic" in the Parlor Magic division, which in Germany is considered salon magic. In parallel to his magic career, Marc Weide moderated the morning magazine Live after nine in the first from May to December 2018 .
His first solo program was called "Las Vegas can do me!". Since 2016 he has been with his 2nd solo program "Help, I'll grow up!" on road. In 2020 he is with his program "Can you make a living from it?" on tour.
