Hirschhausen's Quiz des Menschen (from 2010 to 2013 Das fantastische Quiz des Menschen ) is a German quiz show , which was first broadcast on September 2, 2010 on Das Erste . The moderator is Eckart von Hirschhausen . The reruns will be broadcast on several third party programs .
The topics of the programs are the human body and medical phenomena. The content is broad; it is also about humor and perception, for example.
Two to three teams, each made up of two celebrities, compete against each other. In several rounds they have to answer quiz questions according to the multiple choice principle or solve playful tasks. The score increases from round to round. First 10 points, then 20 points, etc. In the final, various elements have to be sorted in a ranking order, for example from little to much or early to late. One element is given for orientation. The team that has earned more points in the course of the program may select the category and first assign an element. Whoever manages four correct assignments first wins the show. The winning team donates the money won to a good cause.
As a trained doctor, the moderator Eckhart von Hirschhausen explains the various topics. Before each broadcast, he visits a medical facility or someone with a special medical history. This action is then shown on the show and is linked to a quiz question.
