Lifelong Grünweiß - Werder master song 2004
(Die Original Deutschmacher)
  DE 44 05/31/2004 (8 weeks)

Zeigler formed the band Die Original Deutschmacher together with Berthold Brunsen (Bert) . From the beginning of the 1990s, they literally translated international pop songs into German in a humorous way. The pieces produced were mainly played at Bremen Vier. At times the band cooperated with the comedy project Die Nullnummer, which consists of Jens-Uwe Krause and Peter Mack (also moderators at Bremen Vier at the time). In the mid-1990s, Die Original Deutschmacher had achieved a very high regional popularity , so that they not only released other CD albums, but even began to compose and publish songs themselves.

From the late 1990s onwards, Zeigler and Brunsen mainly focused on recording football songs. Because of their relationship with the Werder Bremen club, they dedicated themselves to special sporting successes, such as B. winning the DFB Cup , own compositions. The W on the Trikot (1997), a cover version of the English title Three Lions , later became the official stadium anthem, and Lebenslang Grünweiss (Werder-Meistersong 2004) even reached nationwide attention: The song stayed in the German single charts for eight weeks , the highest Placement was 44. 14 years later, in August 2018, the duo 'Die Original Deutschmacher' published the song again in cooperation with the radio station Bremen Eins . This time for the section 'Die Plattmacher' of the broadcaster Bremen Eins in Low German. This is where big hits and evergreens are usually translated weekly by the Institute for Low German Language (INS) into the Low German language and sung by an employee. According to the broadcaster, however, Arnie and Bert did not miss the opportunity to 'flatten' the Werder song with their own hands.

In 2014 Zeigler released a song about the World Cup under the pseudonym Udo Alexander . The title of the song is Maybe, Maybe, Definitely . This came about after Zeigler campaigned for a few weeks in his TV show that the German national team should be musically active before a tournament , as in the 1970s and 1980s .
