Frauke Ludowig (born January 10, 1964 in Wunstorf ) is a German television and radio presenter .

life and career

Frauke Ludowig attended the Hölty-Gymnasium in Wunstorf. After graduating from high school , she trained as a bank clerk .

From 1988 to 1990 Ludowig volunteered at radio ffn in Isernhagen and moderated the early morning programs there. Then she switched to the TV station RTL , for which she still works today. Since May 1994 she has moderated the program Exclusiv - Das Starmagazin , whose topics are similar to those of the rainbow press. In May 1994 she took over the editorial management of the various exclusive formats. From 2004 to 2009 she also moderated Domino Day every year . She also sporadically presented the lifestyle magazine Life - Die Lust zu Leben , which was broadcast mainly in the summer months. She also reported on royal weddings, funerals and VIP events for RTL. In 2010 she moderated the German Children's Prize sponsored by World Vision Germany . In 2012 she had a guest role in the RTL soap Unter Uns and in 2013 on Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten (also RTL). Since 2009 she has also been working as a designer and brand ambassador at Hometrend, a wholesaler for flooring, wallpaper and fabrics.

Ludowig has been married to Creative Director Kai Roeffen, the father of their two daughters (* 2003 and * 2005), since May 3, 2003 . She lives in Cologne .

Volunteering

Ludowig moderated the Dreamball for the German bone marrow donor database in 2008 and was a curator there in 2012.

Ms. Ludowig has been supporting the German Stroke Foundation as an ambassador for several years .

As an ambassador for the Reading Foundation , Ludowig advertises reading in commercials on RTL .
