Cordula Stratmann
Cordula Stratmann (born November 10, 1963 in Düsseldorf ) is a German comedian , actress , presenter and writer .
Career
After graduating from high school , Cordula Stratmann studied social work at the Catholic University of North Rhine-Westphalia in Cologne . During her work in the family counseling center of the youth welfare office in Pulheim , she completed additional training in systemic family therapy .
In 1990 she discovered comedy for herself. As a co-founder of the cabaret group Fatal Banal in the same year, she appeared at various events. Stratmann came up with the character of 'Annemie Hülchrath' for a carnival session in 1992. Three years later she received an offer from Jürgen Becker to work on the show Mitternachtsspitzen on WDR television . In 1993 she invented the character 'Melanie' for a casting of the comedy show Manngold on tm3 and was signed for 16 episodes.
In 1996 she quit her job in the family counseling center and finally went to television. Among other things, she shot twelve episodes of Melanie's personality show Otherwise gladly in 1998 and got free at Zimmer with the character 'Annemie Hülchrath' ! on WDR television.
Stratmann's first stage program, on the other hand, came out in 2001 and in October she was nominated for the German Comedy Prize as “Best Comedian” .
Since September 2004, Cordula Stratmann can be seen weekly as the main actress in the improv show Schillerstraße on Sat.1 . In 2005 she received several awards for her appearances at Schillerstraße : the German TV Award for “Best Comedy Series” and the German Comedy Award in the “Best Comedian” and “Best Comedy Series” categories. From the end of 2005 to the beginning of 2006, episodes of Schillerstrasse were shown in which Stratmann, who was pregnant at the time, was seen in a fat suit .
In 2007 she received the Golden Camera and the Bavarian Television Prize for her comedic and acting achievements . In April 2007 she said goodbye to the Schillerstrasse series . Her quiz show Every child knows that started in July ! on Sat.1, in which she took over the moderation.
From the show Zimmer frei! Stratmann said goodbye in April 2008 when she announced as 'Annemie Hülchrath' that she would emigrate to Poland . In September 2008 she published her second book Is this book contagious? With co-author Marion Grillparzer . . In July 2008, the third season of Every Child Knows! with a celebrity special. For The Every child knows! Promi Spezial she was nominated again for the German Television Award in the category "Best Show".
The Audiobook Is This Audiobook Contagious? came out in February 2009. The read her audio book The Sorrows of a young cashier of Anna Sam was released in July of 2009.
In March 2010, she ran her first TV film A Case for Thimble , in which she played the lead role of a hobby detective. From August 27, 2010 the improv sitcom We have to talk! (together with Annette Frier and Johann von Bülow ), in which the friends Cordula and Annette talk about God and the world in their regular Italian, every Friday on Sat.1; Despite very bad ratings, the entire first season was broadcast.
In 2013 she had a guest role in the series Danni Lowinski . On May 6, 2013 she played the co-presenter 'Claudia Akgün' in Olli Dittrich's comedy show Breakfast TV ( ARD ).
In 2015 she was seen as the protagonist in two series : on the one hand as Die Kuhflüsterin on Erste and on the other hand in Ellerbeck on ZDF .
Private
Stratmann is married to the lit.Cologne co-founder Rainer Osnowski. Their son Emil was born in March 2006. She has two older brothers.
