Citizen Lars Dietrich (born February 2, 1973 in Potsdam ; actually Lars Dietrich ) is a German entertainer . Dietrich works as a rap and pop musician , comedian , presenter , actor , dubbing and audio book speaker , author and dancer . In addition, he gained notoriety through his presence in various TV programs. In his work as a musician, his most famous titles include Sexy Eis and the remake of Ein Bett im Kornfeld, which was created in collaboration with Stefan Raab and Jürgen Drews .

stage name

Adding "citizens" in his stage name he chose in his own words, because he made the DDR comes and get there by police or precinct of the People's Police has often spoken to like that.

Career

After graduating from school after ten years at a Potsdam Polytechnic High School , he completed ballet training at the Palucca School in Dresden . He continued his classical dance training at the State Ballet School in Berlin after moving to Berlin . During this time he had engagements at the Metropol Theater in Berlin. In 1992 he changed his direction and became a stuntman at the DEFA studios in Babelsberg . In April 1994 Dietrich's first single Mädchenmillionär was released . At this time, the new edition of the music title Ein Bett im Kornfeld by Jürgen Drews was created . In the following years Dietrich was also involved as a songwriter on various singles and albums by Raab.

In the summer of 1996 Dietrich published the Dr. Hook song Sexy Eyes in his own interpretation as Sexy Eis and a little later, together with Stefan Raab, the song Here comes the mouse on the occasion of the 25th birthday of the children's program Die Sendung mit der Maus . In 2000 the ZDF children's program Löwenzahn celebrated its 20th birthday; also for this he contributed the song to the anniversary broadcast . Since 2001, Dietrich was a regular in the Sat.1 telecast Week show to see. From 2006 to 2008 he hosted the show Alles Nick! Initially together with Kathy Weber and later with Nela Panghy-Lee . which was broadcast on weekdays in three parts on the children's channel NICK . Since 2008 he has moderated the show Dein Song , which is broadcast on the public children's channel KiKA . In 2006/07 he also appeared as ice cream parlor owner Lasse Rudolph at Schloss Einstein , as well as in the television comedy show Frei Schnauze and the comedy advice show Genial besides . In 2007-08 he took part in the second season of Stars On Ice . In 2012 he played next to Wolke Hegenbarth in the series Es geht noch dicker (Sat.1) the amorous hotel employee Oleg. In 2013 he took on the second leading role alongside Jockel Tschiersch in the short film Interview with Henriette Gerber . Since 2012 he has been going on tour with his own play “Dietrichs Demokratische Republik”, an adaptation of his book “Bad English I Can Well”. Also on stage are his colleagues Mathias Schlung , Volker Zack Michalowski and Tanja Wenzel ; Directed by Matthias Kitter . Dietrich has been a juror in the first season of the Sat.1 casting show Got to Dance Kids since December 4, 2015 .

Citizen Lars Dietrich lives with the actress Türkiz Talay and two children in Berlin. Another child comes from a different relationship.
