The heartbeat show (spelling: Die! Herz! Schlag! Show! ) Is a German game show on ProSieben that was first broadcast on July 13, 2020. It will be recorded in the Bavaria Studios in Munich and moderated by Steven Gätjen .
Game concept
Two teams with three celebrities each compete against each other. Each team has a team captain. The teams play nine games against each other. Each game is decided on the heartbeat , with a difference in how the heartbeat is integrated and evaluated. In some cases, the value of the heartbeat is also added to another value achieved in the game to determine the winner of the game.
The winner of the game is allowed to run as second and can thus watch the other team complete the task. In the final, the team captains compete against each other. Whoever wins this game is the winner of the show.
Charisma
The four episodes ran between July 13 and August 3, 2020 on Mondays at 8:15 p.m.

reception
Sidney Schering from Oddsmeter.de rated the first issue rather positively, but saw room for improvement. For him, the special stage design and the moderator stood out positively, but the concept of the show threatens to wear out quickly due to the similar goals of the games.
