Carl Marcus Christer Antonsson (born May 8, 1991 in Halmstad ) is a Swedish football player . He is currently under contract with Malmö FF .

Career

Antonsson started playing football on Unnaryd's GoIF . In 2009 he moved to Halmstads BK and played there for another year as a youth. In 2010 he made his debut as a substitute for the Allsvenskan , but only after relegation to the Superettan he was used in the 2012 season. After being promoted again, he shuttled between the bench and the starting line-up, so he moved to league rivals Kalmar FF in early December 2014 .

For the summer break of 2016 Antonsson moved to the English second division club Leeds United and signed a contract there until 2019. After a season he went on loan to the Blackburn Rovers in Football League One for a year . August 14th. In 2018 Antonsson moved to Malmö FF and signed a three-year contract.
