Marcus Calvin (born January 23, 1965 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German-American actor and radio play speaker .

Life

Marcus Calvin attended the Frankfurt American High School in Frankfurt am Main from 1980 to 1983 and then studied politics, history, acting and directing at the University of Maryland until 1985 and graduated with an Associate in Arts Degree . Then he attended the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich until 1989 . To this day, he illuminates various roles in television series and films. His main characteristic was the theater, followed by permanent engagements at the Theater der Stadt Heidelberg (2 years), Hessisches Staatstheater Kassel, Nationaltheater Mannheim (3 years), Württembergisches Staatstheater Stuttgart (6 years), Bayerisches Staatstheater Munich (10 years). From 2012 Marcus Calvin worked as a freelance actor in Munich, Augsburg, Innsbruck, Schwäbisch Hall, Heidelberg and Bregenz and in various television series and in the movie "Hirngespinster". From 2014 he was a permanent member of the ensemble again, this time at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus in NRW! From summer 2016, Marcus Calvin will be a freelance actor again and will concentrate more on shooting in the television and film sector.
