Life

Lang grew up in Lemgo / Lippe. She started kickboxing at the age of 16. Trainer Kai Gutmann noticed her talent for the fight. It started with small fights in front of a small audience and soon filled large halls. In 2007 she became German champion in the Association of WKN. In 2007 she began studying fashion design in Munich , which she completed in 2011. She has been fighting for the Steko martial arts center in Munich since 2013. Under the guidance of Pavlica and Mladen Steko , she was professionally prepared before her fights at Steko's Fight Night and won all fights. She is now unbeaten in 37 fights. By defeating Tanya Merrett on November 21, 2015, Lang defended her world title for the fifth time within a year and thus secured a world record in kickboxing. After her victories over Alexandra Sitnikova and Athina Evmorfiadi in 2019, she is world champion in six different classes (full contact kickboxing up to 60.0 kg, up to 62.5 kg and up to 65.0 kg and kickboxing with low kicks up to 60.0 kg, up to 62.5 kg and up to 65.0 kg).
