Mario Agustoni (born January 3, 1902 in Milan , † October 28, 1982 in Bellinzona , resident in Monte TI ) was a Swiss politician ( FDP, Liberals ) and lawyer .

biography

Mario Agustoni was born on January 3, 1902 in Milan to the merchant Angelo Agustoni and Orsolina, née Tognola. After primary school in Milan and the Lyceum in Lugano , Agustoni completed a law degree at the University of Pavia , which he completed in 1925 with a doctorate .

Subsequently he worked as a public prosecutor for the Sopraceneri from 1932 to 1934 . Agustoni was admitted to the bar in 1934 and finally settled in Bellinzona. From 1937 to 1966 he worked as a federal examining magistrate for Italian-speaking Switzerland . Agustoni was also represented on the board of directors of Banco di Roma in Lugano.

Mario Agustoni, who was married to Bice, nee Antonini, died on October 28, 1982 at the age of 80 in Bellinzona.

The member of the FDP was a member of the Grand Council of the Canton of Ticino from 1939 to 1967 . In addition, Agustoni was a member of the National Council from 1944 to 1947 and 1960 to 1963 .
