Marius Ioan Bilaşco (born July 13, 1981 in Sighetu Marmației , Maramureş County ) is a former Romanian football player . The striker played a total of 310 games in the Romanian League 1 , the Chinese Super League and the German 2nd Bundesliga . In 2009 he won the Romanian championship with Unirea Urziceni .

Career

At the age of 17 Bilaşco came into the squad of the first team of FC Argeş Piteşti , where he came October 24, 1998 for his first use in the highest Romanian football league, the Divizia A (now League 1 ). Since he was initially only rarely used at Argeş, he was loaned to the league rivals FC Oneşti during the winter break of 1999/2000 . At the end of the season, the club rose from Divizia A and Bilaşco returned to Piteşti.

At the beginning of the new season, Bilaşco was loaned to FCU Politehnica Timişoara , who played in Divizia B at the time . He also did not play there regularly, so that in the winter break of 2000/01 a loan deal with FC Baia Mare came about. Baia Mare narrowly missed promotion twice. In 2002 Bilaşco returned again to Piteşti and he succeeded in the 2002/03 season to fight for a regular place.

With Argeş Piteşti Bilaşco always fought for relegation. In the winter break of 2006/07 he left the club and joined the Unirea Urziceni , who had previously been promoted to League 1 . This change turned out to be a stroke of luck. Unirea rose to a top Romanian team and was able to win the championship in the 2008/09 season .

At the end of August 2010, Bilașco moved to league rivals Steaua Bucharest . There he won the Romanian Cup in 2011 . On July 8, 2011, he left Romania and signed with Tianjin Teda in China .

On December 13, 2011, the German second division Energie Cottbus announced their commitment until 2014. However, his contract in Cottbus was terminated by mutual agreement on April 4, 2012 after only four short deployments. In the summer of 2012 Rapid Bucharest signed him. There he only made four appearances in the first half of the 2012/13 season . In January 2013 he terminated his contract and ended his active career in the summer of 2013.

National team

Bilasco played five games for the Romanian national soccer team after making his debut in a friendly against Ukraine on May 29, 2010 . On September 7th of the same year he came to his last international match against Belarus .
