The Moroccan U-17 national soccer team is a selection team of Moroccan soccer players . It is subject to the Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football and represents it internationally at U-17 level , for example in friendly matches against the national teams of other national associations, at U-17 African Championships and U-17 World Cups .
So far, the team has qualified once each for the African Championship and the World Championship. At the African Cup of Nations 2013 , they lost in the semi-finals to the later African champions, Ivory Coast , in the game for place they were defeated by the Tunisian team on penalties .
At the 2013 World Cup , she reached the second round as group winners ahead of Uzbekistan , Croatia and Panama . This she lost to Ivory Coast, which was then eliminated in the quarter-finals against Argentina .
