The Marzer Bach ( Hungarian Málom-patak , Croat . Marčanski potok ), also called Marzau , is an approximately 10.5 kilometer long brook in Burgenland .

The source streams of the Marzer Bach are in the municipal areas of Mattersburg , Sieggraben , Marz and Rohrbach near Mattersburg . It flows into the Wulka near Walbersdorf , this into the Neusiedler See . Its largest tributaries are the Jüdingsaubach , which comes from the Jüdingsau , and the Klettenbach . Both flow into the municipality of Marz.

Surname

The brook owes its name “Marzer Bach” to the municipality of Marz , which it drains. Its Hungarian name Málom-patak ( German : "Mühlbach") indicates its use for mills.
