Maszkowo (German Moritzhof ) is a place of residence in the municipality Nowe Warpno ( Neuwarp ) in the Powiat Policki ( Pölitzer Kreis ) in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship . The place of residence Maszkowo belongs to the Schulzenamt Brzózki ( Althagen ).
Geographical location
Maszkowo is located in eastern Western Pomerania , about one kilometer north of the village of Myślibórz Wielki ( Groß Mützelburg ), nine kilometers southwest of the city of Nowe Warpno, 20 kilometers northwest of the city of Police ( Pölitz ) and 32 kilometers northwest of Stettin ( Szczecin ).
history
The place of residence Moritzhof was a place of residence in the municipality of Mützelburg in the district of Ueckermünde in the administrative district of Stettin in the province of Pomerania in the early 1930s . In 1939 Moritzhof had ten residents. In the final phase of the Second World War , the village was occupied by the Red Army on April 27, 1945 . After the Second World War , the village, which is located in the so-called Stettiner Zipfel , became part of Poland in October 1945. Moritzhof was renamed Maszkowo .

In 1925 all of Moritzhof's residents were Protestant; they belonged to the Protestant parish of Luckow.
